GOD’S PROTECTION

Main Scripture: Psalm 91

Psalm 91 is a practical Scripture that shows us the protection of God.

God truly protects His children.

We live in a time where we don’t always trust people. We live in times of fear. We live in a time of economic downturn and uncertainty, and many people are wondering what tomorrow will bring.

But I am talking to you who may be afraid today: God is your protector.

The Bible says:

«“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” — Psalm 91:1 (KJV)»

God has a place of protection for those who put their trust in Him.

The Bible also says:

«“He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.” — Psalm 91:4 (KJV)»

God protects by covering you. He protects you by His presence. His truth becomes your shield and your protection.

You may not know everything that is happening around you, but God knows. You may not see everything that He is protecting you from, but His hand is upon you.

The Bible says:

«“For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” — Psalm 91:11 (KJV)»

God is able to keep you through His angels. He is able to preserve you when you go out and when you come in.

The Bible says:

«“The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” — Psalm 121:8 (KJV)»

So, don’t stay in fear. Live by God’s Word.

His Word is true, and He does not lie.

You have to believe God for protection. Believe that His hand is upon your life. Believe that He is able to keep you, preserve you, and guide you.

Psalm 91 says:

«“Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day.” — Psalm 91:5 (KJV)»

This does not mean that there will never be challenges around you. It means that your confidence is not in the absence of challenges; your confidence is in God who is able to keep you.

So, don’t live your life in fear.

Trust God.

Stay in His Word.

Dwell in His presence.

He is your refuge, your fortress, and your protector.

God will protect your going out and your coming in.

God bless you.
